Job Summary: As a Data Engineer on the AI Team, you will build and maintain reliable data pipelines, ensuring data quality for our AI projects. Your work will directly impact our AI initiatives, contributing to innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure services.
2. Perform feature engineering, report preparations, and ML tasks.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
4. Work with the Data & Analytics Team on data infrastructure and ingestion.
5. Advise on data inputs and integration with Business Development.
6. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources.
7. Optimize data workflows for performance.
8. Implement data security and privacy best practices.
9. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.
10. Stay updated on data engineering and AI trends.
11. Document data processes and standards.
12. Test and validate solutions for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, especially with data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala; experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure AI Services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data governance.
• Certification in data engineering or related fields.
