U.S. Bank is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Consultant to bridge business leaders and the Data Analytics team, translating challenges into AI/use cases, and building business cases to drive value across the enterprise.

This role requires workshops, collaboration with data scientists, engineers and product teams, and delivery of predictive analytics, BI, and intelligent workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of analytics consulting, BI, data science, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering business value through analytics and technology initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical or AI solutions.

The AI & Data Analytics Consultant serves as the strategic liaison between business leaders and the Data Analytics organization. This role partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for data-driven decision making, and design solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities. The successful candidate will act as an evangelist for the Data Analytics team, promoting the value of AI and analytics, shaping business demand, and translating complex business problems into practical and scalable analytical solutions. The role combines consulting, stakeholder management, innovation, and analytics expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI and analytics engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand business goals, pain points, and opportunities.

AI & Analytics Evangelism

• Champion the capabilities of the Data Analytics team across the organization.
• Educate stakeholders on the potential of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and data visualization.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve decision-making, customer experiences, operational efficiency, risk management, or revenue growth.
• Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies.
• Present success stories, use cases, and innovation roadmaps to executive audiences.
