Job description

This is a rare opportunity for a technically minded, curious creative to help a fast-growing brand use AI to tell visual stories. You’ll join an ambitious creative team working at the intersection of design and technology - supporting campaigns that celebrate nature,heritageand life.

Full-time in the office, this role will suit someone able to commute to the Somerset area or relocating for the role.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Head of Creative, Videographer, Designers and wider team, you’ll be the go-to person for exploring AI’s creative potential. Your role blends motion graphics, generative design and artistic manipulation of AI tools to craft content. You will -

  • Create immersive, visually rich content using AI tools that bring the brand’s history, stories and aesthetic to life.
  • Bridge the gap between static and video content, creating immersive visuals and transitions.
  • Reimagine and enhance historic content utilise archive material to retell stories in a respectful but contemporary way.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team, contributing your technical know-how to refine ideas, iterate on concepts, and bring new formats to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, experiment, researching new creative AI tools and techniques.
This role suits someone that’s curious, creative and flexible in their approach, ready to grow fast, contribute ideas, and get stuck in as the team continues to evolve.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Motion design skills, with the ability to elevate still and moving image content through thoughtful animation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools - whether for text-to-image, motion, generative video or voice.
  • Confident manipulating and refining AI outputs, applying a designer’s eye to make them feel human, hand crafted and grounded.
  • Collaborative and curious, with a love for storytelling and a keen interest in emerging tech.
Desirable
  • Experience working within luxury, heritage or lifestyle brands.
  • Based in or near Somerset (or open to relocating).
  • Strong brand sensibilities - understand what makes a brand special and how to communicate it’s style and sentiment, whilst pushing creative.
