Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources is partnering with a Bristol-based technology company to recruit an experienced AI compiler engineer. The role centers on designing and developing compiler infrastructure tailored to specialised hardware, with emphasis on LLVM/MLIR and performance optimization.

You will work across compiler pipelines, optimize ML graphs, and contribute to tooling. Strong C/C++ skills and systems programming experience are essential, including code generation and low-level software
