Salary: Negotiable to €100,000 Dependent on Experience

A global leader in immersive conversational AI technology is in search of a commercially minded Senior Large Language Model Engineer (LLM) to manage and moderate content across the company's platform. Utilising your LLM experience the role will focus on engineering AI behaviour whilst ensuring natural conversation. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, on exciting cutting edge AI technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities
·Monitor and filter inappropriate content to ensure safe and positive user interactions
·Implement and update classifiers to detect sensitive topics and maintain community standards
·Use prompt engineering to guide AI behaviour while maintaining natural conversations
·Define and enforce content moderation policies that align with company values and legal requirements
·Ensure compliance with global content regulations and ethical standards
·Understand socially acceptable NSFW behaviour and clearly distinguish it from prohibited and unacceptable conduct on the platform
·Collect and analyse user feedback to enhance moderation systems
·Continuously improve user experience based on user interactions and emerging trends
·Oversee LLMs in a multilingual environment to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive moderation
·Address regional and cultural nuances to maintain inclusive and engaging experiences
Qualifications
·Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related subjects
·Familiarity with content moderation systems and classifiers for detecting sensitive topics
·Proficiency in administering computer systems
·Experience with prompt engineering and LLM behaviour adjustment
·Experience in communicating complex technical systems to laymen
·Experience with managing large-scale customer feedback
·Excellent communication and collaborative skills
·Fluent English is essential
