Job summary

SCUBE is seeking an AI & RPA Solution Architect to provide technical leadership across automation, AI, process intelligence and orchestration initiatives in the UK. You will shape solution architectures, governance, and platform strategy while driving innovation and engineering excellence.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with security and enterprise-architecture teams, and lead POCs and production-ready implementations to deliver scalable, secure automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering automation architectures.
• Ability to govern architecture across multiple projects and teams.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures for automation, AI, process intelligence and orchestration.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to assess business and technology requirements.
• Design scalable, secure automation architectures aligned to standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators and reference architectures.
• Provide technical governance across projects.
• Support complex integrations with enterprise platforms and data sources.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and architecture standards for automation and AI platforms.
• Lead POCs, pilots and innovation initiatives through to production readiness.
• Mentor developers on solution design and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with security, infra and enterprise architecture teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, scalability and resilience.
