Job summary

TechByte Talent Ltd in Central London is seeking an AI Technology Specialist to help a growing MSP turn AI from concept into practical, everyday impact. You’ll sit between tech teams, business stakeholders, and end users, designing and delivering AI, automation and ML solutions from prototype through production.

You’ll work across RAG systems, LLM integrations, and internal APIs, collaborating with IT, security, legal and compliance to keep everything responsible and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar AI/tech role with responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering training to executives.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled solutions in business settings.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Spotting opportunities for AI and automation across business functions
• Evaluating and recommending AI tools, platforms, and vendors
• Building and deploying AI-enabled solutions, from data extraction to workflow automation
• Partnering with IT, security, legal, and compliance to keep everything responsible and compliant
• Creating training materials and running consultative sessions with clients and senior stakeholders
• Monitoring performance, adoption, and risk, and reporting up to leadership
