AI & Automation Programme Senior Manager (Consultant)

Workforce and Organisation is a core capability unit at Capgemini Invent, focusing on putting people at the center of transformation. Our team includes Programme & Change Acceleration ('P&CA'), which is the focus of this role, housing our transformation programme delivery and change experts.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Manager with extensive expertise in Programme and Portfolio Management, you will establish and deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across various sectors and enhance our service offerings, with a focus on automation and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the shaping, planning, and delivery of medium and large-scale, complex transformation initiatives.
• Managing all aspects of client engagements, including budgets, resources, billing, and contracts.
• Developing delivery strategies and new offerings through existing assets or new insights, enhancing our programme leadership and P3O services via automation, advanced tooling, and tailored methodologies.
• Contributing to the Programme and Change Practice and executing the 2025 strategy.
• Developing internal training pathways to upskill consultants in automation, tooling, and P3M methodologies.
• Structuring and leading client delivery teams, mentoring junior members, and supporting capability development.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives, with expertise in governance, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to foster client relationships, with experience in multiple delivery approaches, including hybrid models of traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automation solutions like workflow automation, AI augmentation, and RPA, with the ability to implement efficiency-driving tools.

Desirable skills include holding relevant P3M qualifications (MSP, MoP, P3O), certifications (PMP, PgMP, PROSCI, PRINCE2), and experience in proposition building, business development, and working in a matrixed organization. Candidates should also have UK security vetting (SC).
