Our Tax Technology team is dynamic and fast-paced, offering ample scope for progression and the chance to make a significant impact on RSM nationally, with potential to influence on a global scale driving the digital transformation within the Tax business.
As an AI and Automation Architect in our Birmingham or London office, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions, deliver complex and wide-ranging technology projects, manage product delivery, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. In this role you will work directly with the Tax Technology Operations Lead to help drive the team in the strategic direction set by leadership through operational excellence, ensuring that key metrics are achieved. You will have the opportunity to work at all stages of solution development, from raw idea generation, through to concept refinement, development and finally the rollout to our client facing teams. At all times you will collaborate with our client facing teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients and RSM.
