Qualifications

• Strong experience building automation solutions or internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform / Microsoft automation technologies.
• Exposure to AI / Copilot / LLM-driven workflows.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Some experience with Python, or a willingness to develop further.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical translation ability.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
• Develop Python-based services and automation pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems using APIs.
• Build reusable components such as connectors and tools.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and production-ready.
