Method Resourcing is seeking an experienced engineer in Birmingham with a hybrid working model to join a leading professional services firm's new internal AI and automation capability. This role offers the chance to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include automating workflows, developing Python services, and integrating AI into internal systems. Ideal candidates have strong experience in automation solutions and Power Platform technologies, and the role provides opportunities for growth into leadership positions.

Formación

• Strong experience building automation solutions or internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform / Microsoft automation technologies.
• Exposure to AI / Copilot / LLM-driven workflows.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Some experience with Python, or a willingness to develop further.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical translation ability.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
• Develop Python-based services and automation pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems using APIs.
• Build reusable components such as connectors and tools.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and production-ready.
• Contribute to engineering best practices.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
