Job summary

Finalto is seeking an experienced AI Developer to join its AI Innovation team in London. You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, taking solutions from concept to production in weeks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform manual processes and enable faster, cheaper operations.

You will build LLM-based applications, leverage RAG, prompt engineering and fine-tuning, and manage AI infrastructure with governance across Azure, AWS and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Software Engineering or AI Application Development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered workflows that remove friction across the business for document processing, bank statements, and news summarisation.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using RAG and prompt engineering.
• Manage AI infrastructure, API gateways, MCPs, and external service integrations with governance.
• Design data pipelines and scalable architectures with databases and vector search.
• Gather requirements and co-design practical AI solutions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Deploy in Azure, AWS, and Databricks with monitoring and iteration.
• Maintain code quality with testing, version control, and CI/CD.
