Your Role

• Explore new AI and low/no-code tools to improve workflows
• Prototype and recommend solutions tailored to needs
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies with AI
• Lead tool rollouts, including planning, training, and documentation
• Support adoption through feedback and configuration updates
• Conduct training sessions for teams on new AI tools
• Share insights via Slack and other channels
• Monitor adoption and impact with metrics and KPIs
• Stay updated on AI trends to keep Storm Ideas innovative

Your Skills

• Curious, driven, and eager to learn new tech
• Passionate about AI—tracking tools, models, and trends
• Experience with low/no-code tools like Airtable, n8n, Zapier, or eager to learn
• Familiar with LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or interested in exploring
• Problem-solver with a technical mindset and clear communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience creating AI-powered workflows
• Knowledge of digital marketing or creative workflows
