Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs including English & Maths at grade 4 (C) or above.
- Combination of qualifications and experience may be considered.
- International qualifications require official comparison to UK standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, test and deploy RPA bots using approved platforms.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent workflows and chatbots.
- Translate requirements into process maps, user stories and test scripts.
- Maintain bots, workflows and automation scripts under supervision.
- Monitor bot performance and assist with issue resolution.
- Contribute to governance, security and data protection considerations.
- Participate in project meetings and sprint reviews.
