About the Role:

As an AI Architect, you will be part of a team working with industry-facing client partners to shape, design, and deliver AI solutions. This fast-paced field requires continuous learning, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate to reflect client views and help shape our solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
3. Demonstrating AI solutions to clients, showcasing benefits and applications.
4. Staying updated on the latest AI trends through research and analysis.
5. Communicating complex AI concepts clearly to stakeholders.
6. Providing actionable insights from proposed architectures for effective implementation.
7. Creating and managing agents, knowledge graphs, and chatbots to enhance user experience.
8. Leading projects utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG techniques.
9. Developing and optimizing AI models using various platforms.
10. Mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and innovation.

Required Experience:

1. Minimum 6 years in Solution Architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI and Generative AI.
2. Proven ability to deploy AI solutions under tight deadlines and communicate their impact.
3. Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, and chatbots.
4. Familiarity with AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and employee-facing AI platforms.
5. Knowledge of agentic frameworks and machine learning platforms.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and entrepreneurial mindset.
7. SC clearance eligibility is highly desired.
