Job summary

True North Consulting Group Ltd is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to partner with clients on defining AI strategies, roadmaps and investment priorities in the London area. You will design enterprise AI platforms, operating models and governance frameworks, and lead workshops with stakeholders to shape AI transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI, data or cloud transformation programmes in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Microsoft, AWS, Databricks or Anthropic AI technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures, platforms and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, security and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
