Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join our AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and agent experiences, collaborating with various functions to identify high-value opportunities and define new ways of working.

You will lead AI discovery workshops, map complex processes, and translate challenges into agentic and automation solutions, while evaluating emerging AI technologies to drive productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured requirements and workflows.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI agents, automation, and workflow platforms.

What you'll own

Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done, combining AI agents with workflow and automation technologies where appropriate.

Partner with different functions to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic and automation solutions, and define future-state ways of working.

Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI and automation solutions.

Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for AI agents, automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and agent frameworks.

What you'll bring

7 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, solution design, or a related role.

Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.

Strong experience with AI agents, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, or other process automation technologies.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.
