The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Consultant to help us automate and optimise job processes across our organization using AgentForce on the Salesforce platform. This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents that can collaborate, reason, and take action within our Salesforce environment to support sales, service, operations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current job roles and workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for automation via agents.
• Design and implement intelligent agents using AgentForce, integrating them into Salesforce seamlessly.
• Create modular, task-oriented agents capable of handling discrete business functions (e.g., lead qualification, customer follow-ups, report generation).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure agent design aligns with user needs and operational goals.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Salesforce Einstein GPT) and build effective prompt workflows.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant data/privacy standards.
• Establish feedback loops and mechanisms for monitoring, refining, and updating agents

Skills and experience required

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning Components.
• 1-2+ years of experience designing AI-driven workflows or agents (LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration).
• Strong understanding of AgentForce (or similar frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proven experience with business process automation and task mapping.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Desirable Skills

• Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Platform Developer, Consultant, or Architect).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein GPT or other LLM integrations within Salesforce.
• Experience in change management or user training for AI-driven systems.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., sales ops, finance, customer service).

Success Criteria

• Delivery of a mapped automation plan showing "agentified" workflows by function/department.
• Deployment of working agents across key job areas with measurable efficiency improvements.
• Documentation and training materials to support user adoption and internal scaling.
• Framework in place for ongoing agent monitoring, retraining, and refinement.
