Job summary

Computershare is seeking an AI Acceleration Lead to champion AI-enabled software delivery within its AI Hub. Based in Edinburgh, Bristol or London, you’ll build capabilities and frameworks to turn prioritised AI opportunities into production-ready solutions while partnering with CIOs and business leaders.

You’ll lead the AI Acceleration Centre, accelerating adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle and ensuring teams have the tools and support to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and scaling capability-building functions, centres of excellence, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, privacy, architecture, engineering quality and operational readiness.
• Experience working across multiple CIO organisations, business functions and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish a repeatable process for identifying, validating and prioritising opportunities where AI can improve software delivery outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of AI SDLC capabilities within targeted, business-impacting programmes, partnering with CIOs and business leaders to drive end-to-end improvements and measure realised benefits.
• Develop a scalable operating model for AI-enabled software delivery, including reusable standards, patterns, controls and best practices.
• Build capability and confidence across CIO delivery teams through practical coaching, visible leadership and specialist support.
• Enable wider adoption of AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring appropriate governance, security, privacy, architecture and engineering standards are maintained.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption and acceleration of AI-enabled software delivery, helping teams move from experimentation to sustainable delivery at scale.
