Job overview

Main duties of the job

  1. Provide specialist forensic psychology services to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health issues, including those with challenging behaviour or offending histories.
  2. Perform high-quality assessment, therapeutic, and consultative interventions, exercising professional judgment and responsibility.
  3. Ensure clinical effectiveness through research, development activities, and training.
  4. Supervise trainee and assistant psychologists in this specialty.
