Agriculture Tutor Assessor, Apprenticeships
Part-time 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Easton College
£24,110 - £25,707 per annum

Are you passionate about farming and ready to inspire the next generation of agricultural professionals?

We're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Agriculture Assessor to join our Apprenticeship Team at Easton College. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting apprentices in developing the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the industry.

You'll be working closely with apprentices in their workplaces, assessing the following apprenticeship standards:

• Level 2 General Farm Worker
• Level 3 Crop Technician
• Level 3 Livestock Unit Technician

This role involves regular travel to farms and agricultural businesses, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Requirements

• Have recent, hands-on experience in the agriculture industry
• Are passionate about developing others and supporting learners
• Hold a TAQA qualification (or equivalent), or are willing to work towards one
• Are organised, efficient, and confident using IT systems
• Have experience tracking and recording assessments to a high standard
