What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the vital link between training and transformation—delivering clear, practical training in all things Agri, HSE, Technical Standards, and Animal Welfare. From onboarding and refresher sessions to designing learning modules and coaching individuals through Work-Based Diplomas, you’ll be growing both skills and confidence across our farming community.

You’ll Also

• Lead Agri induction training with clarity and consistency
• Keep records sharp, data current, and documentation audit-ready
• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to smash training targets
• Ensure site compliance with LMS (85%+), while lifting learning outcomes across the board
• Stay curious and informed, bringing the latest in agri best practices to your sessions
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience working with Farm live stock
• Sharp knowledge of HSE, animal welfare, and statutory regs
• Superb communication and training delivery skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation
• Organised, empathetic, proactive—and a true team player
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
