Job description

Agriculture Solicitor, 4+ years' PQE, Cardiff, £Competitive – Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for the countryside and rural affairs? We are looking for an Agriculture Solicitor to join a leading Agriculture & Estates team. JOB REF:0261.

THE ROLE:
You will advise a wide range of landowners, farming clients, estates, and agri-businesses on matters including:
• Agricultural and rural property transactions
• Land sales, purchases and tenancies
• Estates and succession planning
• Rights of way, access, and land use issues
• Agricultural business structuring and diversification

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE experience in agricultural/rural property law
• A background in broader property law with an interest in rural work is welcomed
• You will have strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
• It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• A genuine interest in the agricultural sector and rural life is a must.
