• 5+ PQE solicitor with real estate experience from a large regional or City law firm.
• Experience of agricultural property work; experience with equestrian property is desirable.
• Interest in issues such as food security, energy, and natural resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing investment sales/purchases and development projects for clients.
• Handling sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, and estates.
• Overseeing renewable energy projects and agricultural business tenancies.

Agriculture Senior Associate-London with hybrid working

Client

An ambitious UK law firm with a global reach

Role

Dealing with a varied range of matters including many of the highest value and most complex deals nationally. Working in both the Food and Agribusiness and Private Wealth sectors where you will undertake a wide range of Real Estate work including:

• Investment sales/purchases and development projects for clients such as corporate landowners, education clients and charitable institutions
• Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates
• Sale, purchase and leases of equestrian properties
• Agricultural and business tenancies
• Renewable energy projects

You

• 5+ PQE solicitorwith real estate experience gained in a large regional or City law firm
• Experience of agricultural property work. Experience of equestrian property work would be desirable
• Have an interest in issues such as food security, energy and natural resources
• An enthusiasm to market and develop the practice
