The Role
The role will see you Joining a highly-regarded law firm deeply rooted in the rich landscape of Cambridgeshire and across East Anglia. The agriculture and estates team has been dedicated to supporting agricultural businesses of all sizes for many years, making a significant impact on the region's farming community.
Understanding that farming goes beyond being just a business, the Agriculture and Estates team work for private individuals, the majority of whom are farmers and landowners, and provides comprehensive legal services tailored to their unique needs and challenges.
If you are an experienced property and/or private client solicitor seeking a new direction, and with experience working with agricultural clients, this could be your opportunity to gain specialised expertise in this exciting and varied field of work.
You will develop specialised expertise within the agricultural sector while working closely with farmers, landowners, and agri-businesses. Your caseload will encompass diverse work, including succession planning, IHT, farm partnerships, agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases of farm land, renewable schemes and financing.
