Job description

Agricultural Machinery Service Engineer

  • Location: Nuneaton
  • Basic Salary: circa £35,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with optional overtime on Saturdays
  • Leading provider of Agriculture and Off Road vehicles

Our client, an award-winning Agricultural Main Dealer based in Warwickshire, is seeking a Technician responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles according to company procedures and Health and Safety guidelines, at both company premises and customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain plant and agricultural machinery to manufacturer specifications, ensuring reliability and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults.
  • Report machine defects and upsell services where appropriate.
  • Operate diagnostic software via a laptop (training provided).
  • Complete detailed reports of work performed, including photographs and time documentation.

To succeed, candidates should have experience with various machinery, ideally in agriculture, commercial vehicles, or construction, and possess relevant Land Based Engineering qualifications. Full product training, including a laptop with diagnostic software, mobile Wi-Fi, and a mobile phone, will be provided.
