Up to £40k plus uncapped OTE, bonus and comprehensive benefits package

  • Overtime at 1.5x for 40h+, 2x for Sundays and Bank Holidays

Job Overview:

Tallis Amos Group in Leominster is looking to appoint a new agricultural service technician to be based in the field working in partnership with the farming community of North Herefordshire. The role will involve working on some of the latest and greatest John Deere and franchised machinery at the bleeding edge of harvest technology to help keep British farmers moving and assure UK food security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform breakdown repairs and routine service on customer sites and in the local depot.
  • Familiarity with fault finding and diagnostics on large and complex machinery such as combine harvesters, foragers, sprayers, or seed drills in addition to tractor repair and service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working on diesel engines and transmissions.
  • Understanding of agricultural machinery.
  • Basic IT competency.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to complete the job to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication skills as the role is often customer-facing under challenging circumstances.
