Job summary

Hunt Forest Group is seeking a proactive Service Technician for its agricultural department. You will diagnose, service, and repair Turf machinery, primarily John Deere, to support customers across the region.

You will work 40 hours weekly with overtime on Saturdays on a rota basis, earning up to £41,600 with potential earnings over £50,000 including overtime. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for mobile roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing agricultural/ground care equipment.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Professional qualification in Land Based Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair agricultural/turf machinery, mainly John Deere.
• Diagnose issues and provide accurate information for repair quotes.
• Complete paperwork for work orders.
• Perform field diagnostics and repairs when required.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop station and proper use of tools.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in training programs.
