Job summary

Agricar Ltd is seeking an Agricultural Service Technician to join the Stirling depot. You will diagnose, repair and service a wide range of agricultural machinery in workshop and on customer sites, and support the service team to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong machinery knowledge, GPS experience, and the ability to mentor apprentices, with a full UK driving licence and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. A competitive salary and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of modern agricultural machinery, technologies, and GPS.
• Proactive, conscientious, and team‑minded approach.
• A strong agricultural background is ideal but not essential.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and work well as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding company standards in appearance and conduct.
• Confidence to support and mentor apprentices when required.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing on a wide range of agricultural machinery in the workshop and on customer sites.
• Provide technical support to the service team and maintain high service standards for Agricar, New Holland and Case IH.
