Le rôle se concentre sur un large éventail de transactions, avec un accent particulier sur le travail agricole et rural. Le candidat idéal doit avoir entre NQ et 4 ans d'expérience PQE et sera impliqué dans la gestion de diverses questions immobilières.
Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading who pride themselves on City quality work outside London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work.
The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE.
The role will involve dealing with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, property development/investment work, renewable energy projects and more.
In exchange, the firm are willing to offer a competitive salary as well as the opportunity for hybrid working, generous holidays, private healthcare etc.
