JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Are you a talented Litigation Solicitor with a passion for rural affairs? An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly rated agricultural property team and act for clients on a wide range of agricultural property matters. Advising on a range of litigation issues involving agriculture and estates, you will be working within a reputable team where you will see your career progress and flourish within this sector. The team advises on a broad range of rural and agricultural disputes including tenancy issues, land use matters, property disputes, environmental issues and farming and supply chain contracts.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Solicitor will have an interest in agricultural disputes work and some experience in agriculture or commercial property. You will have at least 12 months experience in dealing with the broad spectrum of agricultural property / disputes matters and be looking for a role where you can develop your agricultural disputes knowledge.
