We are growing rapidly and invite you to join our team at the Ayr (Ag) branch. You will undertake diagnostics, maintenance, services, repairs, rebuilds, and breakdowns on a range of agricultural and construction machinery.

About you:

• Hold an agricultural mechanic qualification or other relevant mechanic qualification
• Work safely, be a team player, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• HR and forklift licenses (desirable)
• Experience with New Holland, Case IH, John Deere, or Kubota (desirable)

We welcome second to fourth year agricultural mechanic apprentices, as well as overseas and interstate agricultural mechanics.

Our mechanics receive ongoing training and regularly win industry awards for their skills. You will benefit from expert, ongoing, and award-winning training at one of Australia's largest heavy vehicle and agricultural dealerships.

Our custom-built training facilities and well-equipped workshops provide an excellent learning environment. We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $36 to $50 per hour, plus penalty rates, tool allowance, and on-call rates. Additionally, we provide mental health and wellbeing support, retail discounts, leadership training, career advancement opportunities through our Future Leaders Program, a $3,500 relocation bonus, social events, BBQs, and overseas sponsorship.
