ABOUT US

THE JOB
Responsibilities include:
- Managing key daily processes and ensuring smooth communication.
- Providing excellent service to customers.
- Preparing and inspecting machinery for delivery.
- Performing scheduled maintenance and safety inspections.
- Proposing repairs and executing cost-effective solutions.
- Repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining machinery from leading brands.
- Offering technical guidance across the business.
- Providing out-of-hours support when needed.
- Working in the workshop or field as required.
- Maintaining standards and a clean, efficient environment.
- Collaborating with machinery departments to meet quality and deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Team players with initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
- Recognized apprenticeship and certified qualifications in machinery servicing.
- Flexibility to work on-site and in workshops.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Adaptability to changing demands.
- Proficient in diagnostic software and IT skills.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends during busy seasons.
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines independently and in teams.
- Full UK Driving License.
