My client is a leading independent mortgage and protection insurance advisory service firm linked with a global UHNW brand. They are currently looking for an agricultural finance broker based in the Midlands/N England to join their high performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where quality, integrity, and diligence are prioritized. You will gain exposure to a client bank that operates in the HNW/UHNW space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing relationships within the firm and the wider agricultural community
  • Developing a marketing plan
  • Managing leads diligently
  • Delivering against individual business plans
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Supporting your team members' development through file reviews or observations

Team and Communication:

  • Making business and management decisions
  • Communicating compliance requirements
  • Sharing knowledge
  • Identifying and reporting risks to the business, especially regarding regulatory permissions and market status

Business Generation:

  • Aligning team performance with business strategy
  • Meeting service agreements when handling new leads and opportunities
  • Adding all new leads to the CRM system with detailed notes and supporting documentation
