Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Beverley is seeking an Agricultural Engineering Trainer to educate farmer apprentices in the maintenance, repair and servicing of agricultural machinery. You will base at the college on the outskirts of Beverley, delivering Level 2/3 courses with practical hands-on training.

The ideal candidate has farming/agricultural engineering experience and a desire to teach. The role offers a supportive environment with excellent facilities and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming or agricultural environment with hands-on maintenance of agricultural equipment.
• Qualification in Agricultural Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Wants a career in teaching and assessing.
• Based in Beverley with Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach Level 2 & 3 agriculture/land-based engineering courses.
• Deliver practical training to farmer apprentices.
• Assess and provide feedback on learner performance.
• Promote safe working practices in workshops.
