What You’ll Be Doing as an Agricultural Engineer:

• Service and maintain agricultural machinery to the highest standards. Machine reliability and safety are your top priorities.
• Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain faults like a pro—before they even know they’re broken.
• Use diagnostic software on a laptop (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!).
• Report your work with detailed documentation, photos, and all the bells and whistles.
• Show off your welding and fabrication skills when needed.
• Make sure machines coming back from demos are pristine and problem-free.
• Support service departments and prepare for shows, open days, and working events.
• Attend factory training days (who doesn’t love a field trip?).

What We’re Looking For as an Agricultural Engineer:

• Full UK driving licence—no exceptions.
• Experience with agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction machinery (the bigger, the better!).
• Welding and fabrication experience to keep those machines running smoothly.
• Great time management skills—because we don’t do late.
• A people person who can build strong customer relationships and work well with the team.
• Happy to get your hands dirty and keep your cool when things get busy.
