Job summary

A Taunton-based leading chartered accountants firm is seeking an Agricultural client sector Senior Manager to join the team, delivering accounts, tax and advisory services to farming and rural clients.

You will manage a portfolio, develop client relationships, mentor staff and provide strategic planning support to directors, with a clear progression path within a respected practice. Circa £50,000 - £70,000 + benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, STEP etc at managerial level with accounts/tax and advisory experience in farming, agricultural and rural sectors.
• Experience delivering accounts, tax and advisory services within an accountancy practice.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage a portfolio.

• Lead full management of accounts, tax and advisory work for agricultural/landed estates clients.

Description

Joining as an Agricultural client sector Senior Manager based from the firms near Taunton offices you will take on the full management and client portfolio responsibility for the delivery of accounts, tax and wider advisory and planning services to clients focused within the agricultural, landed estates and other rurally related sectors. You will take on increasing responsibility for developing client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work on wider advisory, planning and business services in addition delivering on wider project work. You will manage a team and act as key support to the firms directors, with a very clear progression path on offer and you will carve an influential key role within this firm.

Profile

For this Agricultural client sector Senior Manager role you may be any of: ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, STEP etc qualified having developed your career to the Managerial levels with experience delivering accounts/tax and advisory services to clients within the farming, agricultural and rural related sectors, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment.
