We are seeking an AGL Associate Director / Technical Director to grow our project pipeline, lead teams, develop proposals, and provide technical oversight on aviation electrical projects across the UK and internationally, emphasizing sustainable, future-focused systems with reduced carbon footprints.

Location: Open to locations across the UK.

Current & Upcoming Projects:

• A wide range of airfield upgrades and rehabilitation projects in civil and military markets.
• Major bid successes on overseas airports.
• Work with established UK and international clients.
• Regular airfield asset inspections at home and abroad.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver: Oversee AGL projects within civil and military airfields in the UK and overseas, managing client relationships and expanding the project pipeline.
2. Oversee: Provide technical guidance, project oversight, and stakeholder engagement in project delivery.
3. Provide Expertise: Support design teams and clients across project phases, from conception to handover.
4. Ensure Quality: Review design outputs, interpret and apply aviation standards (ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, Military).
5. Collaborate: Work with multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships.
