Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of software projects for a technology-focused organisation based in Bath, operating within an agile, collaborative environment.

You will oversee day-to-day project execution with cross-functional teams, ensure successful sprint delivery, coordinate user acceptance testing, manage defects, and contribute to timely software releases while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across UK locations.

Qualifications

Experience delivering software projects as Technical Project Manager.
Experience managing software development projects or programmes.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day delivery of software projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
Monitor delivery progress and keep projects on track.
Support QA activities including coordinating UAT, managing defect resolution, and contributing to successful software releases.
