A UK healthcare trust is seeking an Agile Receptionist to join their Inpatient and Community Services. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills to support the team's functions effectively. This full-time position offers a permanent contract and requires coordination with other reception team members across sites.
The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Receptionist to join our Inpatient and Community Services on a full-time, permanent basis. We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, who possess the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information reception service across the Pennine Mental Health Network, coordinating their activities with other reception team members to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. The post holder will work flexibly in response to the needs of the Locality Administration Services, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their line manager in liaison with Locality Admin Coordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
