A healthcare provider is looking for an Agile Receptionist in Blackburn. This part-time role requires excellent customer service skills and a professional manner to support reception activities. You will need to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office. The position may involve evening and weekend work, making flexibility important.
The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Receptionist to join our reception team on a part-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the receptions.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages and possess a good telephone manner.
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality clinical reception service. The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with very strong communication skills.
Please Note - This role will include evening and weekend work with early starts of 7am and late finishes of 9pm.
