Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow, offering a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid with ad hoc client site travel).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors, among others.

The package includes a top-end budget of £55k, full benefits, and flexible remote working with occasional client site travel.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles, across sectors from public to start-ups.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to let teams self-manage.
• Experience from a consultancy and/or government background is preferred but not essential.
