Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a remote flexi working policy (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are looking for both an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within key projects assignments in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).

We have a top end budget of £55k + full benefits + flexi remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles. Candidates from all sectors and markets, including public sector organisations and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to facilitate self-management.
• Experience in consultancy and/or government sectors is preferred but not essential.
