Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors among others.

The package includes a top-end salary of £55k, full benefits, and flexible remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles. Candidates from all sectors, including public and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to allow self-management.
• Preferably from a consultancy or government background, but not essential.
