Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.

Compensation includes a top-end budget of £55k, full benefits, and flexible remote working with occasional travel to client sites.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, applying Agile principles across various sectors, including public and startup environments.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with teams and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership and autonomy.
• Experience in consultancy or government sectors is preferred but not essential.
