Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy, including options for remote first or hybrid work, with ad hoc client site travel when required.

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

The budget is up to £55k plus full benefits, with flexible remote working and occasional travel to client sites.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, working with Agile teams. Candidates from all sectors, including public and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to facilitate self-management.
• Experience from a consultancy or government background is preferred but not essential.
