Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow, offering a remote flexi working policy (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are looking for an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in sectors like Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

The role offers a top-end budget of £55k + full benefits + flexible remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles across sectors, from public to startups.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to let teams self-manage.
• Experience in consultancy and/or government backgrounds is preferred but not essential.
