Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy, including remote-first or hybrid options, with ad hoc client site travel when required.

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy.

They offer a top-end budget of £55k, full benefits, and flexible remote working arrangements, including occasional client site visits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within teams applying Agile principles. Candidates from all sectors, including public sector and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals effectively, knowing when to lead and when to empower teams to self-manage.
• Experience from a consultancy or government background is preferred but not essential.
