In this role, you will:

1. Guide Technical Teams: Steer a proficient software development team, ensuring alignment with client expectations in quality, cost, and timeliness. Lead them through Agile-based software development programs.
2. Master Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, balancing client needs with internal resources. Utilising your Agile expertise to manage these relationships effectively.
3. Strategic Growth and Risk Management: Expand Aqovia's presence through strategic sales and client engagement. You'll play a key role in risk identification and management, aligning with revenue and account objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Oversee multiple Account / project deliveries, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Ensure Agile Best Practices: Uphold and continually improve Agile practices across all projects and teams.
2. Comprehensive Reporting: Execute transparent and effective communication, detailed customer and internal reporting aligned to DORA metrics, providing insights into project status, risks, areas for improvement and opportunities.
3. Professional communication skills are essential. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage business interactions and maintain a professional tone in all commercial correspondence.
4. Nurture, grow and manage the performance of technical teams consisting of full stack developers, Dev Ops Engineers, Technical analysts and UX/UI Engineers.
5. Client Experience Management: Oversee the client experience, delivering high satisfaction and engagement.
6. Profitability Oversight: Manage the profitability of the accounts under your stewardship, ensuring financial success and growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Demonstrable and extensive knowledge and experience in managing software development lifecycles within an Agile framework.
2. Proven track record in leading software development teams, and project delivery management.
3. Expertise in tools like JIRA and Azure and strong policy management skills, particularly in DevSecOps.
4. Experience in resource allocation and adherence to organisational policies.
