Job Description:

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager for a Fintech company based in Warwickshire. The role offers a hybrid working model with flexible days in the office. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits including share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, working closely with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure smooth execution, promote agile practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery across the product lifecycle
• Collaborating with Product Owners on priorities and backlog management
• Managing timelines, releases, and dependencies
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
• Tracking performance and reporting to stakeholders
• Ensuring quality, security, and compliance throughout
• Acting as Scrum Master and supporting Agile best practices

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in delivery roles, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Jira & Confluence
• Understanding of SDLC and team collaboration
• Proactive, analytical, and delivery-oriented mindset
