About you:
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-risk Agile software projects to successful outcomes. You’ll bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, tailoring approaches to suit each challenge, and inspire cross-functional teams through strong leadership and coaching. With a solid grasp of modern development practices like DevOps, CI/CD, and BDD/TDD, you’ll drive continuous improvement using data and metrics. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders are essential, along with a relevant undergraduate qualification or equivalent experience.
